Roger

Roger is the owner of Route 103 Auto. When Roger founded Route 103 Auto in 2010, it was strongly influenced by his belief that honesty and integrity are the keys to success. Today, Roger continues to provide a stable and enjoyable work environment for his staff, a personal touch to each vehicle he works on, a cheerful greeting to each customer he sees, and the determination to always get the job done. Roger has attended a variety of technician training and Business Management classes. Roger enjoys traveling to several events each year and loves to mix and mingle with the industries best. When Roger isn’t working on a customer’s vehicle, you can usually still find him in the shop working on one of his own personal projects. During the summer, Roger enjoys hiking, enjoying the peace and quiet of nature, and spending time with family. During the winter season, Roger also loves to get out on the snowmobiles for some fun.

Ruthanne

Ruthanne is the newest and oldest team member to 103 Auto and Heads Up Motorsports. When we first opened in 2009, Ruthanne was one of the first to come alongside her husband Roger to get the business going. Ruthanne spent several years helping out in the office, but then other duties called and she decided it was time to do something new. After spending the past several years watching children, Ruthanne recently returned to the staff at 103 Auto. You’ll find her in the office where she’ll greet you with a cheery hello, no matter what time of day!
Ruthanne believes that family is everything, and her children and family always come first. She is very involved in the Chester Baptist Church and community outreach. She fills her spare timing helping out in the community, spending time with friends and family, and is always looking for volunteer opportunities. Additional hobbies include spending time outdoors, making handmade cards, and creating beautiful arrangements with wooden flowers.

Jenni

Jenni has worked as a Service Advisor for Route 103 Auto since 2012. Over the years, she has undergone extensive training in the automotive repair field. Jenni currently holds the Service Consultant certificate for ASE (Automotive Service Excellence). She also holds Automotive Training Institute certificates for the Service Advisor Course, Service Manager Course, and Leadership Mastery Course. In the future, Jenni plans to attend additional training seminars to better service to our customers. In her spare time, Jenni enjoys a variety of activities, including hiking and camping with her husband, spending time with her pets, and enjoying the company of her friends and family.

Rye

Rye always knew that he wanted to work in the automotive field. He obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with the intent to join a race team or work on race cars. As fate may have it, things didn’t work out according to plan and he ended up joining the team at Heads Up Motorsports. Rye has been with Heads Up Motorsports for the past six years and is continually working on new projects and learning new things.
Rye’s hobbies include rally racing, circle track racing, building cars, and just having his hands on cars in general. Rye has a soft spot for older Mitsubishis and Diesel Ford trucks, and has a collection of his own vehicles. As with most technicians, one car is never enough!

Jacob

Jacob joined the team at 103 Auto as an apprentice technician in 2020 and has since earned his own bay! He is up and coming in the automotive world, and is constantly amazing us with his knowledge and skills. Jacob continues his training on the job, and is continually learning and training. Jacob is on track to obtain his Vermont Inspection Mechanic license in early 2022 and plans to obtain additional certifications in the future.
Jacob’s hobbies include buying and selling cars, working on cars, modifying them, and definitely driving them. His collection includes a variety of vehicles, including a Ford, a Jeep, and a Firebird – although it changes frequently! He spends his free time hiking, shooting, and enjoying a variety of other outdoor activities.

Chief

Chief is the friendly office mascot at 103 Auto. He usually spends his time in the office napping or greeting clients. In the early morning hours you might catch him chasing a ball in the shop or going out for a walk with Roger. His hobbies include getting attention, eating snacks, and shaking hands. If you bring him a treat or a toy when you visit, he’ll be your best friend forever!
