Roger is the owner of Route 103 Auto. When Roger founded Route 103 Auto in 2010, it was strongly influenced by his belief that honesty & integrity are the keys to success. Today, Roger continues to provide a stable and enjoyable work environment for his staff, a personal touch to each vehicle he works on, a cheerful greeting to each customer he sees, and the determination to always get the job done. Roger has attended a variety of technician training and Business Management classes. Roger enjoys traveling to several events each year and loves to mix & mingle with the industries best. When Roger isn’t working on a customer’s vehicle, you can usually still find him in the shop working on one of his own personal projects. During the summer, Roger enjoys hiking, enjoying the peace and quiet of nature, and spending time with family. During the winter season, Roger also loves to get out on the snowmobiles for some fun.
Damien joined Route 103 Auto as a technician during 2016. Since then, Damien has approached each task with a good-hearted nature, a positive attitude, and the drive to make sure that things are done right. Over his time with us, he has attended various automotive training courses and holds several certificates of completion. Damien always has a friendly smile ready and is happy to take a couple extra moments to chat with customers. When Damien isn’t busy working for Route 103 Auto, he’s busy off-roading, adventuring with his wife & daughter, hunting, or spending time helping his family.
Mark joined Route 103 Auto in 2018 as an apprentice technician. Mark spends his days at Route 103 Auto helping Roger & Damien on their jobs, ensuring that final touches & small details are taken care of. Mark also performs odd jobs around the shop that help the team move vehicles through efficiently. Mark recently received his TST certification and is currently working on obtaining his VT state inspection license, with the intention of becoming a technician. Mark loves travelling and adventuring, kayaking, and spending time with family & friends. His hobbies include four-wheeling, cruising around in his car, and periodically buying/selling vehicles (because just one is never enough!)
